France is a country in Europe. The capital of this country is Paris. As per the Constitution of France it is an indivisible, secular, democratic and social republic State. The language of the Republic is French and the national anthem is ‘La Marseillaise’. The maxim of the Republic is ‘Liberty, Equality, Fraternity’ and the principle of the Republic is ‘Government of the people, by the people and for the people’.

In India too, the Government is of the people, by the people and for the people. As per the Preamble to the Constitution of India the people of India secure to all its citizens liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; equality of status and of opportunity and promote among them all fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation.

INTERPOL stands for International Criminal Police Organization. This is an inter-governmental organization having almost all the countries as its members. This organization intends to curb crimes on an international level. This organization is headquartered in Lyon, France and it is world’s largest police organization. INTERPOL facilitates worldwide police cooperation so that the world can be a better place to live.

This organizations motto is connecting police for a safer world and all member countries co-operate to stop borderless crimes. It offers a range of technical as well as operational support to curb crimes throughout the world. Borderless crimes such as Corruption, Drug Trafficking, Cybercrime, Counterfeit currency etc. are some of the crimes that are fought against for the common good of humanity. 

As per the Constitution of France the Parliament shall pass statutes and it shall monitor the action of the Government. It shall also assess the public policies. The French Parliament is a bicameral legislature consisting of Senate and National Assembly.

An Institutional Act shall determine the term for which each House is elected and also the number of its members, their allowances, the conditions of eligibility and also the terms of disqualification shall be determined by the Act.

The Act shall also determine the manner of election of those persons who are called upon to replace Members of the National Assembly or Senate whose seats have become vacant.
